Well, I’m still in No Man’s Land but now have 50 days of freedom under my belt.  And $500.00 saved!!!!  Life has been difficult, but no matter how difficult it gets, I refuse to light up.  I feel soooo much better being smoke-free.  And there have been a lot of curveballs—stress from unemployment, loneliness/some level of depression, and to top it all off my tv died this week.  So I’ve had A LOT of time on my hands—but I’ve been reading and writing a lot, and I’m looking for work, and a new TV set is being delivered and set up next Tuesday morning.  Despite all of these headaches, I’m determined to stay quit.  Everything will work out, it always does. And thankfully I have this site to come to, to keep my sanity when things seem impossible.  So I will keep on keeping on, saving money for a great vacation or for emergencies (like a new car, as my current one is on its last legs)...thank God for my smobriety!!!!!!!

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
