My stats tell me that I have avoided 5007 cigarettes. Just thinking about that makes my poor lungs ache. Imagine how I would feel if I had smoked them. I love the stats, it gives me a real concrete look back on my non-smoking journey. Has it helped my quit, ? it sure has. Thanks to the Truth Initiative.
