Amazing, but it seems it has been 22 days. I have kept my gaze down, avoiding triggers, nose to the grindstone, and sucking on lozenges (nicotine) non-stop. As well as days being a blur, isolating for COVID. This is a good time to lift my eyes more often and pat myself on the back. It sure did seem longer than 7 days, chuckle.
