All week long I have been hit hard by allergies
This has been the worst year I have experienced
Terrible sneezing and runny nose and head pressure
This morning it has settled into my lungs so think it has turned into a summer cold
I am not breathing as normal and this scares me.
Know it is from the cold settling in my chest
I have some COPD and today it scares me
Had I still been smoking I would not have noticed it
Or if I did certainly would have ignored it
Not smoking you are more aware of how your body feels
Very sad and for the 1st time very mad at myself for the damage I have done from smoking
I will be fine and thank you for listening to my little pity pot whine
Felt good to get that off my chest
