I beat Day WON!!! It was not as bad as I thought, but still a challenge. I want to thank EVERYONE for their support. I came to this site at least 20 times yesterday. On to Day 2 and the challenges it will bring. Have a super day to all!! I will be back to blog more about my Day Won!

I am from Holland, Oh and have been smoking since I was 17. I loved it! I am sad to give it up, but I also want to live without an oxygen tank. I want to see my kids and grand kids grow up. I am working as an Administrative Assistant at an electrical contracting company and love it, mostly haha. I have two boys Jarret 24 and Tyler 20 and 3 bonus boys. The love of my life, Dan King, is my biggest supporter of my quit journey!
