So happy and proud to be free and to have quit smoking 10 years ago. Best thingi ever did and will never regret one day! It really is easy once you make up your mind...trust me you will live. I survived every moment of life just fine and even better without smoking one day ever. Your lungs heart and body will thank you. I enjoy the rest of my days living free and loving it.
