I have made the decision to quit.
I have started a journal of my reasons why, which I plan to look back at often.
I have started a list of things to do once I am free of this.
I am so ready. Quit date will be in May, not certain of exact date yet. I am doing this with my husband.
I have read Allen Carr's book.
I hate smoking so much. I hate being controlled.
I hate needing it. I hate how I smell.
I hate the things I miss out on.
I hate the things I am bad at physically because of cigarettes.
I intend to lean on this community for support and guidance.
