I have quit before. Last time I used Chantex. It worked but I stopped using it almost immediately after quitting. I was doing OK, then my husband was critically ill and I used that as an excuse to smoke. I knew at the time it was just an excuse but I did it anyway. The Chantex  hurts my stomach so this time I'm using the little lozenges.

Hour 19 without a cig.
