As a substitute for the NRT lozenges, I've discovered that Atomic Fireballs really take your mind off smoking!
There not really easy to find anymore - there is an old time store here that has old time candy. For those of us old enough to remember "penny" candy, one can find some of the old favorites (that I thought were no longer in existence). Like Squirrel Nut Zippers, Bit-o-Honey, Mary Janes, Cow Tails, Necco Wafers, and Peanut Butter bars to name a few. Brings back memories as a child of going to the store with a quarter or maybe fifty cents and getting a whole bag full of candy! Ah so, they're a lot more expensive now.
If you're looking for a great craving buster, these work. There right up there with sucking on a lemon.
