the patch

So I'm on the patch and I'm on the last step. Actually I cut the patch in half because they don't have a lower dose then what you get at step 3. And I'm struggling. I hate these mood swings I'm getting, it's like I'm back at day 1 or 2 again. It sucks and I just had to come on here and whine about it lol.
