Day 1 Quit

Wahoo.... 26 hours without a smoke!!! I was hesitant to share my quit day for fear I wouldn’t follow through. Thankfully with help from the patch I had little cravings. C was home from school so not as much time alone or driving so I think tomorrow will be more of a challenge.
