My first week (again) of no smoking. This is maybe my 100th 1st week but I will never give up. Lost an 8!! Year quit but not sure when. Thought just one would be well ...just one. Fool. Damn fool.

Lost an 8 year quit sometime ago and just found my new one. Isn't it pretty??? No nic gum, patch,nothing but pure will to not feed the demon. Thanks for all the help folks:)
