What a difference a week makes!

I've been an ex smoker for a week now!  I don't smell like nasty cigarettes!  My car smells wonderful!  I'm not out in the cold, or in the rain, sucking on a cancer stick!  I just laughed at the thought of myself huddled under an umbrella in the rain!  I noticed someone smoking outside of a store yesterday.  She was cold and as I looked at her she started coughing.  I really did feel sorry for her.  That was me only a week ago.  I am holding on to my quit like it's a life preserver, as I'm floundering in the ocean!

Life is precious.  Why did it take so long for me to start cherishing mine?  Well better late than never!

I'm just appreciative of every single clean breath I take now.  Hope others are too!

Thanks for reading
