Day 2 of no more smoking for me .... it has been a success !! I woke this morning with thoughts of doing what ive always done .... light up a cigarette ... just one i thought !!..... i didn't .. and i'm glad i didn't ....(;-)
One of the smokers at work was not very supportive at all ..... telling me what aids i should be using ( whilst she rolled a cigarette !! ) ... i just smiled and told her that i was giving up smoking for my health and it was my choice as to what aids i would be using to help me ... everyone is different !
I've had a patch on today and have used my inhaler when i felt i needed it .
