A late night, an early morning, and a noisy, soon to be neutered cat

Good Morning Everyone,

Today is the second day in a row I have had trouble sleeping.  I usually can close my eyes and go right to sleep.  Yesterday (Sunday) was a crazy day.  I had to paint some cabinets and fix a faucet today, caulk a tub and clean up an overflow of water from the wash tub that overflowed.  It was definitely a bit of a crazy day.  So here I am, I can't sleep.  Our two boy cats are going to the vet in the morning to get neutered.  The oldest one, Luna (we thought he was a girl, but then one day, he wasn't (lol)) is running up and down the hallway like a crazy maniac at 3 a.m. and I'm pretty sure he's mad because he can't eat because of his surgery in the morning.  The other cat, was limping earlier, and no vet was available to see him today.  He started walking on it more this evening, so we will have him get checked out at the vet tomorrow. I printed off all the paperwork for them, and in less than 4 hours I have to be up to take them. I've been trying to go to sleep for 4 hours, but no luck.  My mind just won't shut off.  I am pretty proud of myself, I didn't think about smoking a cigarette not once yesterday, even with all the crazy stuff that was going on.  My husband is asleep, thank god for that, he has to work tomorrow.  I'm lucky enough to work in the public education system, and we don't go back for another week.  I have a lot to do tomorrow, but not sure if I will get it all done.  I'm pretty worried that I can't get to sleep for the second night in a row.  I really hope this is temporary.  Okay, off to try and get to sleep, although I don't know if it's going to work.  Just needed something to do for a bit.
