Oh boy what a great feeling, it feels longer than 2 weeks but in a very good way I'm wondering,...there's Hell week 1, Heck week 2, any more wonderful titles? It does add to the feeling of triumph!

About the Author

I am a transplant from England and came to California in 1973; became a citizen in 1985. I have promised myself I would be a happy non-smoker by my 70th birthday or sooner - April is getting close! I started smoking at age 15 and like many others have tried to stop several times. This time I have a very different attitude and I am looking at this as a positive move to regaining my freedom as opposed to losing something by giving it up.
