Wow, it will be 5 years this month since my quit! I am so amazed at how not only time flew by, but I successfully quit smoking! It wasn't always easy, but well worth the ride! I highly recommend for any newbie, keep pushing, don't give up, quitting is not an option, it will only lead to frustration. Remember on this ride, this too shall pass!
I feel so good, I do hope that for all those who have just joined, this is an awesome site and if you stick with you will be an overcomer....one second at a time, one minute at a time and then one day at a time!
