Where Is My Motivation? Who Stole It? Give It Back!!

Today has been a weird day, mood wise. I slept in late something I never do and woke up with that "what day is it? What time is it? What planet am I on?" feeling. Hate that. Had to remind myself it was Friday and I was indeed not late for work. I've got supper in the crock pot and most of the house clean----ish. I swear I seriously need to find my misplaced motivation because I don't want to do anything. I need to meal plan and make a grocery list for next week to get started on my WW. I need to get stuff ready for work tomorrow. Bunches I need to do, none of it I want to do.

My appointments went well yesterday. My doc is pleased to see that my mood has greatly improved and my migraines are now nonexistent. We pondered if my migraines may be oxygen deprivation related as I haven't had one since I stopped smoking and I was having at least one a week. She is pleased that I quit smoking, happy I am starting WW and didn't poo poo too much over the weight I have gained. She did give me a prescription for a fluid pill for my sausage feet. I have to be careful though because of my blood pressure as the pill may drop it as I have no blood pressure problems, am already on a beta blocker for my migraines and my blood pressure runs on the lower side of normal right now. Thankfully my feet were a little puffy yesterday so she could see what I was talking about. I am also very thankful that I have a doc that listens to me and takes into account my thoughts and opinions, guess it helps being a medical professional on that end. But I know all her patients absolutely love her. I have never heard a bad thing said about her.

Orthodontist visit was uneventful. I am now in NML of orthodontic treatment. My teeth have moved into their nice and straight positions already and we are just fixing my crossbite right now. Boring. It was neat when you could actually see your teeth had moved.  Mine don't move anymore. Thankfully this means they don't hurt much anymore. Moving teeth can be excruciating.  They're where they need to be, just widening my upper arch now. He did clean a tobacco stain off my front tooth around my bracket. Don't have to worry about that coming back

And that is my boring life. Work tomorrow and Sunday. WW starts on Monday. I am ready for cooler weather. I need to get out the house a bit for entertainment, not just appointments and work.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Susan
