I'm happy to not be paying that level of attention to lacking nicotine, i haven't changed out my patch since yesterday morning, guess I should do that, I caught a cold on our travels so I'm not feeling the need for replacement right now. I'm kinda wondering if I should just go with it and see if I need to patch up, but I don't know if that's an ok way to use nicotine replacement, I'll root around online 🙂 either way this is going really well and I'm happy I no longer want to kill anyone 🙂
