Day 31!!!

Well, I’m past the first month. I had a good day today. The yoga is helping. I’ve also stopped drinking caffeine later in the day. It was keeping me up at night. AND I’m cutting way back on my Diet Coke addiction. My joints already feel better.

This isolation has been eye-opening in many ways! I’ve had so much time which would have been completely booked before that I’ve been able to start looking deep within and really working on self-love. I’m trying to rewire my brain so I can be easier on my self and gentler with others. 

I'm going skating tomorrow. Don’t worry, I am being socially responsible. I’m skating outside on a bike path, while keeping my distance from others. 

We ARE going to get through this together.
