Working from home sucks. I did do yoga today, which helped some and I’m hanging on to that little bit of relief. 

Despite misunderstandings at work and COVID-19 changing human interaction, I’m grateful to even still have a job. I’m grateful to have an amazing and supportive girlfriend too. 

I need to learn how to choose my battles, esp with co-workers and teammates. If anyone has any advice on that, I’m all ears. 

Still not smoking! My teeth look whiter and my chest isn’t heavy or congested.
