Welp! It’s Day 22 and 2 am. I’ve had insomnia most nights since quitting. I know screen time is unhelpful, but I’m tossing and turning and bored.
How long did insomnia last for folks after they quit?
The good news is that I’ve read that non-smokers require less sleep than smokers and I’m finding that I’m not overly tired despite not sleeping as much, but it is frustrating.
