Drink a large glass of cold water...

Get up and take a shower...

Get up and go for a walk outside...

And do not have any cigarettes in the house or car!


Don’t “cave” to the addiction!  We are all stronger than that!

Not smoking is a decision!  Learn to make the right choice!
