This time I decided to do along with my sons needs. As I have put him in some classes for the social interaction, I decided that I would join the local zumba class.
Today I found myself missing going outside to smoke. I really like not having to do that and enjoy the smoke free days. I just find myself steering out the window and thinking wow, not having to go out there how weird. I made it threw another day smoke free.
