My son is going to stop vaping nicotine today, he plans to vape occasionally the cbd stuff, wish he would quit both but I can only hope as he is a grown man. Any tips that can help him would be appreciated...as for me, I’m great 42 DOF yay!!!

Started smoking to be cool and that was was 46 years ago with a break for boot camp and two pregnancies. Figured one cigarette with a cocktail wouldn’t hurt and now I’m diagnosed with emphysema, huh that didn’t work out as planned...you would think working in a hospital and watching your mother die of lung cancer would motivate me but apparently I’m a slow learner. Scared to quit but I know my life depends on it.
