When I scroll to the bottom of my home page and see the names of newbies listed that have just joined within hours ago...I feel so happy for them. This site has been such a lifesaver and Allen Carr’s book online...I pray those who have joined are doing it BEFORE these killers have done their damage...for me, the COPD is already here but I will survive from here on out as a non smoker...blessings...you got this!!!!
