Anyone ever do this?

Last night I was dreaming I had gone back to smoking. I woke up shaking, got a glass of water and went back to bed to stare at the ceiling for a couple hours.

i went to the store but didn't buy smokes. I am committed to my quit.

wondering will it ever get easier.
