Thank you to all the people on this site especially thank you to those who have quit for years Some a decade or more, and are still helping with your sage advice.
today is the first morning in at least 20 years that I delayed my first cigarette for
3hrs. I just kept thinking of all the Ex smokers here cheering me on. I took some of that sage advice and woke up got dressed an took the dogs out before coffee before breakfast. Not at all my normal routine.
i haven’t quit yet but my biggest challenge is that first smoke when I wake up.
And I know I will beat this addiction.
