I go on october 30 for a pft test anyone no what it intails or what i need to prepare myself for i see my dr after the test but he wouldnt go into details about what the test is about anyone out there had this done? Its so nice to be back to work but have to take time off for dr appointments boss not to happy but at least she nos 30 days ahead of time. Or i try to let her no. Ok well days are. Counting up fast we have this beat. My daughters husband quit 12 years a go he was a 2 pack a day smoker he told me even today he still has cravings out of the blue for a cig. Mine at this point are not to bad but i still have them its a mind issue my brain guess doesnt get that its nictine fix is never going to happen. Its late and work day starts early on fridays so better get to bed. Everyone out there good luck with your quit. If anyone can do it i sure didnt think id make it but im proving to myself i can . Keep up the quit you will never regret it.
