Today i woke up coughed upma mess of black yuck . Dont feel to bad this morning getting house work done early so i can play in the dirt later when it warms up. Everyone have a nice day and remember im taking it 1 step at a ti e craving seems to be subsided this morning but we will see what happens during the day when the bugs are pestering me outside l lol nope for me now.
