Today is my 41st day nicotine and smoke free. What was I doing a year ago this day well believe it or not I was on day 50 of like my 3rd quit I didn't have the ex community on my side didn't even no it existed. But I'm ever so glad to find this site joined and with a lot of help and encourage I'm 41 days NOPE and I'm can't wait to see what the next 9 days bring just hope I can keep my VOW to never smoke a sickette again. Seems to be the longest I have gone nicotine and smoke free. So please help me keep my NOPE and VOW to never smoke again .Cravings weight gain daughter claiming I was ridiculous cause I told her her kids smelled like smoke and it was making me sick. Husband hounding me to the stress point to buy sickette. Work stressfully almost fired. There's just about every reason I've started to smoke after being so many days smoke free and nicotine free.this time I'm pulling out all the stops and staying NOPE free of nicotine and sickette. Thanks for all of you that have helped me make it this far, 1 step and 1 day at a time.
