I smoked for ~15 years! I tried to quite >1000 times and plethora of starttegies but none worked until I planned it using conscious.

I realized that first 1-2 weeks are going to be hard so I started a vigorous exercise for week 1 and stayed out of all my routine eating habits to avoid any possible known and unknown trigger. Also I changed a bit of my sleeping habits to avoid potential triggers. For week 1 including chintax was also motivating factor besides helping making it easier for week 1. To sum up my strategy for preparing and moving ahead for 1-2 weeks of initial quitting, the way quitting is harder implies you have to act smarter and harder than the addiction: start exercise runing biking swimming with an idea to get tired and fill yourself with plenty of water, change routine habits the way smoking has been there with you like coffee lunch dinner breakfast whatever inorder to break the unconscious relation between your body and your habits, take booster like chintax nicotine patch but it should not be taken more than 1-2 weeks.

After trying literally everyday to quite u finally succeeded. I am enjoying it, more confident. I find lot of changes in body like I feel I am reborn. People also look at me with different ways and my friends bloody freaks find it surprisng.

It it is worth to quite!!
