I was reading a post by Moody_9_18_13, posted on 12-8-13 on the Quit Vow love it:

"Through the pressure of the present and uncertainties of the future, I promise to be faithful to my QUIT.  I promise to love, honor and protect my quit for as long as I am alive."

About the Author
I am 61, adopted twin at age of two both disable (one from child abuse). I am planning on stopping smoking because I need to take care of me to raise these children until adulthood. Smoking is a weakness for me as I am single and spend lots of time with my twins and not adult time.
