I'm amazed that I'm still amazed LOL I never thought I'd ever quit smoking let alone stick with it BUT here I am living a life of Freedom  I credit so many of you for helping me through some pretty horrid cravings WHEW! I never thought I'd make it a week before caving BUT with commitment and perseverance I made it through and so will you! As Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through and that is the absolute truth no matter where we are in our quits we MUST stick with N.O.P.E. ~ N.M.W!

Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree! 2,360 DOF & smiling because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
