I'm most definetly a broken record and I know it BUT I'm also living a life of Freedom 
I'm finally living my Forever Quit and it's super fantastic I want everyone to EXperience the Freedom of living a Smokefree Life because thankfully with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better is without the damned Cancer Sticks.......
D.E.B.S ~ Decide Educate Believe Succeed ~ Quitting smoking isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT breathing is essential to living so therefore our quits are vital to living and being around to enjoy the little things in LIFE sounds mighty good don't you think?
