Once we plow through the roller coaster of ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep and we get into that good place in our quits where we realize just how much better life is without the damned Cancer Sticks and we know that our quit is a GIFT OF LIFE then we must not allow ourselves to become lazy and complacent instead I really hope that we'll always remember and N.E.F~Never Ever Forget~how difficult it was in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking, Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree Never another Day ONE only Days WON will do.....
Decide, Educate, BELIEVE and Succeed. Is that how it goes?? It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood with high temps today and I will be spending my day inside for the most part if possible. The good thing I won't be going outside to smoke in the hot weather. I hated these days with a passion. I could hardly breathe but I did it Again and again and again. So glad that is not the case anymore. Lovely blog this morning Marilyn. Thanks for always keeping us straight.
