Wowser it clued in last night that it's the long Weekend here in Canada Monday is Thanksgiving day! Although there's so much happening in this World and right here in my own province of N.B and right here in my community there's alot happening that's for sure BUT there's also so much to be thankful for and I am so very thankful for so much and I'm so thankful that I finally wised up and have 2,279 days or so of Smokefree living, I'm EXtremely thankful for this awesome EX Community because all of you helped me through some pretty horrid times to get to that good place in my quit where I realized just how much better life is without the damned Cancer Sticks PLUS I'm very thankful for our Virtual friendships, there's so much to be thankful for even in these unprecedented times! I've been having to remind myself these last couple of weeks to take a deep breath and to know that things are going to get better when I don't know that BUT it will and I'll get through it Without the crutch of cigarettes because thankfully I don't do that anymore and neither does my hubby Mark and neither do you right! I'm so thankful that we can live life on lifes terms because thankfully with commitment and perseverance it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
