N.O.P.E. ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ No Matter What ~ works when applied on a daily basis ~ Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree ~ I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that there's times in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking that you want to scream and throw your hands up in the air and damn well smoke BUT if you want to remain Smokefree you MUST take as many deep breaths as you need to and hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! The longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT it does take time to relearn life without the smokes PLUS going back to another Day ONE would totally suck big time relapsing just isn't an option anymore RIGHT!
