Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump day camel George is looking for coffee and so am I we're both wondering what happened to August 
we're not ready for September BUT we have no control over the Seasons BUT thankfully each and every one of us have complete control over our quits. Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option anymore RIGHT!!!
LIFE is way too short to ever go back to that horrid DAY ONE with commitment and perseverance we'll only see Days WON which leads to weeks, months and years WON......
Let's kick back and pull up a chair and enjoy a half hour or so of downtown and have some breakfast with me then I'm heading over to my daughter Mandy and Masons place and we're taking a day trip where to we don't know BUT we'll have a great time whatever we decide to do. I'll be so happy when Mandy and her man Jason decides to join the ranks of being Ex Smokers BUT unfortunately I haven't got any control over that other than stick with my own quit which is leading by Example.... Buffet time
