I was playing around with words a couple of years ago trying to think up something different I came up with D.E.B.S ~ Decide Educate Believe Succeed & I doubt if I would've used the phrase a second time BUT thanks to Deena ( deena-a-yenni ) who mentioned at the time that she really liked it so I'm repeating every so often because once we decide to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison and educate ourselves on this horrid addiction and believe that we'll succeed then with commitment and perseverance we will be successful then we must never allow ourselves to become lazy and complacent instead let's always remember and N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget how horrendous it was in those early days and weeks of of our quits ~ Never another Day ONE only Days WON will do.....
