I notice the little things in life and I started noticing them way back in my early months of quitting smoking there's so much more to life than the damned Cancer Sticks once you've committed yourself to your quit and you stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way you can FAIL, once you've plowed through the rough patches you'll be reaping the benefits of being an Ex Smoker, Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit  so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON it's great to get up to see another sunrise and even greater to snap a pic of it without even a sip of coffee and even greater than that is being able to function without the crutch of cigarettes and going into 2019 smiling because life just keeps getting better and better without the smokes, it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free and besides anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health

family and friends but especially your LIFE .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
