As difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit - N.M.W - No Matter What and it's up to us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us plus anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list so we can be around to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE.....
