I know Christmas can be and is for alot of people a very difficult Season for a number of reasons so if you're reading this and you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can, if you need to vent or just want to put your thoughts down please do and please stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because this Season will pass and you'll still have your quit which is the gift of LIFE all of our lives literally depends on us to continue stacking up those precious DOF which guarantees us a Smokefree Life.....
