I find the older I get the more I seem to be falling apart   I hear about people aging gracefully  I don't think that's me though  BUT I'm still getting around and am able to get quite a few things done maybe not as fast as I would like or quite as much as I would like BUT I'm thankful for what I can do because there's so many people so much worse off, I can't tell you too much about this particular appointment yet BUT I should know more about it in a week or two so here's hoping for good news. It's great to be able to get moving first thing in the morning over a few sips of coffee and being able to function without 4 or 5 coffee and 5 or 6 cigarettes and still dragging my butt  mind you I still enjoy a leisurely morning BUT it's not necessary to function it's just nice, there's nothing BUT absolute positives when it comes to quitting smoking BUT all negatives to smoking so hey I'm saying YAY and YAY again for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON actually let's make it a double YAY for each and every Day WON!   Let's be sure to take EXtra good care of ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and once we've brightened up and took our lives back by quitting smoking let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget  - to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
