There's life after Cigarettes!

I never thought of LIFE after Cigarettes because up until I actually quit smoking it just never crossed my mind BUT now that I've EXPerienced life after Cigarettes I'll be making EXtra sure that I - N.E.F. - Never Ever Forget  - My early days and weeks of quitting smoking because I'm never going to take my quit for granted and all of you that may be reading this let's always remain vigilant while enjoying our Freedom because our lives literally depends on us to to not become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE and if you're having a rough time remaining quit please take deep breaths and know that you've got this quit firmly in your grasp believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and know that we're here to help you through the rough patches in any way we can BUT you must continue to be willing determined and totally committed to succeed  then you will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time it can be EXtremely difficult  by any stretch of the imagination but you will get through it because as difficult as it is, it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it to be Free...
