If you're reading this and are thinking about quitting then read everything you can right here on this site which will strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and if you have quit and are struggling, know that you must go through the ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to get to that good place in your quit and don't forget that 30, 40 or possibly 50 yrs of smoking that it's bound to take some time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but as difficult it might be quitting smoking is definitely Doable after 40 yrs of smoking 30 cigarettes a day most days I'll be celebrating 3 yrs of smoke free living one month from today but I promise you as well as myself that I'll never become complacent and take my quit for granted because I never want to get so layed back that I think oh just one won't hurt because just one would throw me or you right back into the slavery of the disgusting Cancer Sticks so let's continue stacking up those precious smoke free days and enjoy the Days WON! N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever - works when applied on a daily basis because  - S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option  - Going back to another Day ONE would totally Suck Big Time! Hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
