My 80 yr old Dad sold his house this week and I helped him find an apartment a half hour away in the same town my younger sister lives in that had the 2 major neck surgeries within 7 months of each other she's doing ok she's slowly getting some mobility back in her hands and legs with lots of pysio she's 53 yrs old, 4 yrs younger than I am. She quit smoking 6 yrs ago, I think it'll be good for her and Dad to live closer together I'm going over tomorrow to help him pack alot of the light stuff I'd go today but I have Mason at noon because there's no school, I think I need another mini vacation but I don't have time for one but I sure did enjoy getting away the other night, it's wonderful to be an Ex Smoker to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without the crutch of cigarettes. If anyone reading this hasn't quit smoking yet then find and read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and if you're struggling to remain quit please don't give up on the best gift that you'll ever give yourself, chin up and keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and continue plowing forward stacking up those precious smoke free days, this evening you can look in the mirror and smile because you made it through another DAY WON! There's definitely life after cigarettes you just got to reach out and grab it and don't let go until you get through the rough patches which unfortunately may take some time, if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's going to take  time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch, believe in yourself and know that you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time!  Anything in life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking and Remaining Quit should be #1 on the list because your health, your family and even your wallet will thank you for taking back your life!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
