Happy Valentines Day my friends and fellow Exers here's a big cyber hug for each of you, schools are cancelled again today to give the plows a chance to get the roads cleaned up especially all the back ones. Chin up to if you've run into a rough patch with your quit, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied, N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever - will give you a life of Freedom because S I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - you must believe that you can quit smoking and be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful. Read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit, make a plan if you hit a rough time, what will you do instead of smoking? Because you aren't going to smoke anymore so you need to be prepared to have alternatives in place but know that Quitting Smoking is absolutely Doable and Remaining Quit is also absolutely Doable so hang on tight and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days.
