Another added stress .

Another day of not smoking over it ! 

Newcomers this is what you can look forward to . Smoking adds stress to stress . Stop smoking and yes there is still stress but you don't compound the problem .  When I smoked it made me even sicker ; it didn't help stress . It didn't lift the burden or the worry , or heal what was broke .  The taste of it was gross, the smell lingered in my clothes and hair and it smelled and felt disgusting . 

If you can do one thing for yourself that will help with stress it's to stop smoking ! And you can do it .
