Freaking out

I don’t know how to unrestricted comments on my blog. I’m hoping that creating another post and not restricting comments may work. Idk  

i am totally freaking out about my quit date. I believe I’m actually smoking more than ever. Well not ever; however more than when I decided to work toward quitting. I plan on spending this week being extremely conscious of every cigarette I might want to smoke. The patch is on its way to me. It should arrive in the mail. I’ve hit the reset button and Ex has helped me with that by the daily texts I receive reminding me: I DONT want to smoke anymore. PS I will thank you later
